Legal Requirement

Under the Immigration (Transition) Law (2021 Revision), employers are required to advertise both Work Permit applications (new and renewal) and Variation of Conditions applications in an approved publication. Qualified Caymanians and persons with the right to be Caymanian have 14 days from the date of publication to respond to the employer or submit representations to WORC.

Each notice published here records the employer, the position, the applicant's nationality, the publication date and a unique Notice Reference Number suitable for WORC compliance filing.
